What is your refund & return policy?
Given the nature of these one-of-a-kind items, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Therefore, please view all photos and contact us with any questions before buying. Our staff takes special pride in selecting the items found on Global Attic and we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
Are the shipping fees on the site, accurate?
We do our best to accurately display shipping fees for each item. When possible, we will consolidate shipping to make purchasing more economical for our customers. However, orders that contain larger sized or multiple items; for example 2-10 items, will require a personal shipping quote. Please email us at email@example.com for a personal quote.
If actual shipping charges exceed what the customer paid at the time the order was placed, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used to place the order.
How quickly will my order ship?
Although we do our best to ship items as quickly as possible, we need time to process the volume of orders that we receive. During this time, we confirm the orders, inspect all merchandise to ensure there aren't any defects, and package them securely for shipping. The average order takes one to three days to process. If we require additional time, we will contact our customers to give them the option to wait or to cancel the order. If you have paid for expedited shipping, the item will still ship at the end of this one to three day processing period. Once the item has been shipped, all customers receive notification via email that the order has shipped and will be given a tracking number with which to track their order. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping delays at the courier level.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes. Global Attic will assist international buyers with receiving their merchandise. However, for items 60 lbs and greater, the buyer must pay and assume all responsibility for shipping to destinations outside of Chicago. As it is difficult to accurately calculate shipping rates, the fees listed and charged on the site are estimates. We will not know the accurate cost until the item is packaged. If shipping exceeds what the customer has paid, we will submit an invoice for the additional fees. If the customer has overpaid for shipping we will issue a refund or a store credit - whichever the customer prefers.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number via email.
Is local pickup or delivery available?
Yes. Due to item size, local pickup and delivery is available for specific items to Chicago-area buyers, unless buyer is willing to pay and assume responsibility for shipping to other destinations outside of Chicago. Please review the item description for available pickup/delivery options. During checkout, leave us a note or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org once your purchase is complete to request local pickup or delivery. We will send you the information necessary to obtain your item(s).
